After you have installed the LumenVox Engine, you need to adjust the following settings in the CTI32.ini:
[VoiceRecognition] EngineDll=CTILumenVox.dll
- EngineDll tells CTI32 what DLL to use for voice recognition functions.
[LumenVox] NumberOfPorts=1 IPAddress=172.18.13.80 LicenseType=SpeechPort ;LicenseType=VoxLite
- NumberOfPorts is the number of concurrent LumenVox licenses you want CTI32 to check out from the licensing server.
- IPAddress is the IP address of the Engine that will do the voice decoding. This can be the local machine or another server.
- LicenseType can be SpeechPort or VoxLite Set this according to the license type you have.
If you have a different machine hosting your LumenVox Licenses
If your LumenVox license server is on a different machine, be sure that you modify the license_client.conf file in the \Program Files\Lumenvox\Engine\ folder.
Adjust the IP address and port as appropriate for your configuration.
Testing the Speech Recognition Engine
Select the LumenVox sample in the CTI32Config application. Place an inbound call and follow the prompts.
